My knowledge is not insular, it is a collective effort from mentors who have uplifted me throughout my journey.
My knowledge is not insular, it is a collective effort from mentors who have uplifted me throughout my journey.
From peer mentorship to one-on-one mentorship, I have continued to uplift historically marginalized students and engineers throughout their career journeys. In graduate school, I mentored engineering students in Pitt Excel, the engineering undergraduate diversity programming at the University of Pittsburgh.
I have broad experience in editing graduate fellowship applications, resume reviews, coaching through industry interviews, and editing research publications.
Through my efforts, I aim to break down barriers to success in academia and industry by streamlining information and advocating for my mentees. My mentorship goals are to increase broad participation in STEM career fields.
